Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.

There are no additional shipping costs for orders delivered within these countries.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Amsterdam) will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed within a maximum of 12 hours.

Shipping Time

After processing and shipment, orders are generally delivered within 1–2 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace code.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.
